It doesn't harass or bother other players or limits anybody's playing experience (unless they decide to play in the same crew with them). It's not a huge issue though because what suggests is correct, you can always join another session. I suppose I was triggered when writing this thread, due to thinking that I'm here doing so much to raise my experience while others can just sit back and do nothing while being rewarded for it. I do agree that banning is an extreme way of dealing with these afkers.
